Heres is a company specialised in the development of conversational agents and generative AI solutions. Their cutting-edge technology enables the creation of intelligent virtual assistants that can handle a wide range of tasks, from answering customer inquiries to completing complex transactions. By leveraging advanced natural language processing and machine learning techniques, Heres delivers highly personalised and engaging conversational experiences creating chatbots and voicebots suitable for every use and sector, both B2C and B2B.

The goal
The previous website suffered from usability and failed to effectively communicate the company's value proposition. To address these challenges, I undertook a complete redesign.
My redesign aimed to address these shortcomings by creating a digital showcase that accurately represented the company's identity and values. I developed a modern and intuitive user interface, enhancing brand perception, improving navigation, and making it easier for users to find what they needed. By reorganising content, simplifying the structure, and highlighting the company's exceptional services, I created a website that drove greater engagement and conversions.
